All users of Mommy Time Auctions will be held to our Terms of Use and Objectionable Use Policy.

The following are objectionable materials:

• Pirated programs, scripts, fonts, warez, MP3's, movies, or pirated digital media (you may sell digital media that you have the rights to sell).

• Illegal materials including substances, alcohol, prescription drugs, etc.

• Bodily fluids including breast milk, blood, and sperm.

• No human auctions including tattoos, dating, or anything alike.

• No pre-selling of items. You must own and be in possession of items you are auctioning.

• Living or once living animals.

• Firearms, Weapons, Instructional information or manuals on how to construct weapons of mass destruction or illegal weapons.

• Real Estate, Time Shares, or Vehicles (with the exception of automotive parts and accessories).

• No random drawings, raffles, lotteries, or gaming of any nature.

• Items which a seller has a contract to use and/or pay for.

• No immediate perishables i.e. meat, poultry, eggs (dry mixes, canned goods, baked goods, and sealed items are acceptable).

• No police or law enforcement possessions including uniforms, badges, weapons, and any official law enforcement equipment.

• No tobacco, pipes, cigars, smokeless tobacco or tobacco related paraphernalia.
